About Sodium Tetraborate
Product use: borax pentahydrate is mainly used in glass and enamel industry. In the glass can enhance the transmission of ultraviolet light, improve the transparency of glass and heat resistance. In enamel products, the enamel can be made not easy to fall off so that it has luster. Used as antifreeze and anticoagulant in mining and metallurgy. It is also used as an additive for electroplating bath and as a cosolvent for non-ferrous metals and special alloys.
